Yes and No! Weight limit is completely dependent on your rigging set up.
Where are you located?
We are completely online for our regular classes at this time. Check out our monthly events page for workshops, retreats and Aerial Fitness Teacher Certification collaborations.
Is Aerial Yoga dangerous?
Any time you participate in a sport or exercise routine there is a chance of injury, but we are highly trained to walk you through each pose safely. All of our hammocks and rigs are checked for safety and cleanliness daily, and as long as you follow directions, are safe to hang from them.
What should I bring to class?
We list all of the needed equipment at the beginning and in the description of our online classes but these are a few things you typically will need. You will need an aerial rigging set up, aerial silk and we recommend a yoga mat and water.
Is there an age requirement?
Aerial is great for any age.
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing fitted workout attire. For aerial classes, it is highly recommended that you wear long pants and a t-shirt to avoid the potential of silk burns. We also recommend wearing your hair up if it is long.
How do I book a class?
Check out our monthly events which will include a link if you are looking for something in person or you can check out our online library and take a class any time!
