First Love Yourself. These classes are designed to increase your strength, stamina, flexibility and help you feel comfortable in your own skin. 

This 8 week session will start with creating realistic goals and a fitness assessment. Throughout this session you will have the assistance of a highly skilled trainer that will hold you accountable every step of the way and help you reach your goals. 

Please bring water and yoga mat to class. Clothing should be tight fitted free of buttons, zippers and metal of any kind. Shoes should be easy to slip on and off as they are not permitted in the aerial area. No jewelry, metal or jagged/pointed nails/toenails allowed in the silks.
